How to Hire International Graduates in Scotland

Please note that some of the webinar information may be out of date. As of 22 July 2025, the Skilled Worker visa now requires a higher salary threshold and a minimum skill level of RQF 6 (degree level). Over 100 lower-skilled roles have been removed, including care workers. Some roles remain eligible under the Immigration Salary List or Temporary Shortage List.
