What will the webinar cover?

From 1 October 2026, the Right to Work Scheme will extend beyond traditional employees. Businesses may need to carry out prescribed checks when engaging individuals under a worker’s contract or as individual subcontractors, or when using certain online matching services. The changes will affect many casual, zero-hours, agency, gig economy and platform-based working arrangements.
