Please note that some of the webinar information may be out of date. As of 22 July 2025, the Skilled Worker visa now requires a higher salary threshold and a minimum skill level of RQF 6 (degree level). Over 100 lower-skilled roles have been removed, including care workers. Some roles remain eligible under the Immigration Salary List or Temporary Shortage List. You can read up to date guidance on Sponsoring International Workers

This webinar dives into the 2024 updates to the Skilled Worker visa, providing employers with essential information on the most recent changes to immigration rules.

You will learn about:

  • Changes to income and salary thresholds for Skilled Worker visa applicants
  • Updates to eligible job roles and skill levels
  • Impact of the changes on existing Skilled Worker visa holders
  • Compliance tips for employers to stay up to date with UKVI requirements

This session is tailored to HR professionals, hiring managers, and employers seeking to understand more about sponsoring international workers and the relevant immigration routes.
